These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the internal content-publishing tool (“the App”) operated by Rabbi Yitzchok Lowy.
Purpose
The App is a private tool used by its operator to create short clips from our own Torah classes and publish them to our own connected social media accounts via those platforms’ official APIs.
Acceptable use
The App publishes only content owned or licensed by the operator, to accounts owned and controlled by the operator, in compliance with each platform’s terms and policies.
No warranty
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version posted here.
